Overview

Bradley Village Hall is within a residential area and we do not allow bookings outside the hours of 07:00-23:00 in order to avoid noise and disturbance to our neighbours.

We keep our prices as low as possible for the benefit of our community. Hire for village events is completely free and discounted rates are provided for registered charities. All other activities are charged hourly.

Bookings should include the whole time that you will be using the building. For example for a 2 hour event, we advise you to book a minimum of 3hrs to allow for 30 minutes each side for set up and clear down. .

Full payment is required up front to secure a booking together with a £50 refundable damages and cleaning deposit. This is to ensure that the hall is ready for the next users.

Hire of either the main hall or meeting room includes use of the kitchen and all communal facilities.

Our hire charges are set out below:

Main Hall

• Private Hire: £12 per hour

• Commercial Hire: £12 per hour

• Charity Rate: £6 per hour

Meeting Room

• Private Hire: £8 per hour

• Charity Rate: £6 per hour

• Commercial Hire: £8 per hour
