Overview

Bradley Village Hall is within a residential area and we do not allow bookings outside the hours of 07:00-23:00 in order to avoid noise and disturbance to our neighbours.

We keep our prices as low as possible for the benefit of our community. Hire for village events is completely free and discounted rates are provided for registered charities. All other activities are charged hourly with a minimum of 1.5hrs booking time.

Bookings should include the whole time that you will be using the building. For example for a 2 hour event, we advise you to book a minimum of 2.5hrs to allow for 15 minutes each side for set up and clear down. Any time over the minimum 1.5 hours will be charged in increments of 15 minutes.

Full payment is required up front to secure a booking together with a £50 refundable damages and cleaning deposit. This is to ensure that the hall is ready for the next users.

Hire of either the main hall or meeting room includes use of the kitchen and all communal facilities.

Our hire charges are set out below:

Main Hall

Weekdays (min hire 1.5 hrs):

  • Private Hire: £6 per hour

  • Charity Rate: £6 per hour

  • Commercial Hire: £12 per hour

Weekends (min hire 1.5 hrs):

  • Private Hire: £12 per hour

  • Charity Rate: £6 per hour

  • Commercial Hire: £12 per hour

Meeting Room

Weekdays/Weekends (min hire 1.5 hrs):

  • Private Hire: £6 per hour

  • Charity Rate: £6 per hour

  • Commercial Hire: £6 per hour
