Hire costs…

Overview

We keep our prices incredibly low for the benefit of our community and hire for village events is completely free. Other events are charged hourly with a minimum of 1.5hrs booking time. Our charges are set out below.

Please note that all bookings should include time for set up and clear down - so, if your event is 2hrs, you may wish to book 2.5hrs to allow for 15 minutes each side of the event. Any time added will be charged, but only in increments of 15 minutes (i.e. 15mins, 30mins or 45mins) , so you will not have to pay the full hour if you need less than an hour for set up and clear down.

We also offer discounts for registered charities.

Main Hall

Please note - there is a minimum hire length of 1.5hrs for all bookings.

Our hourly costs for hiring the main hall are:

Weekdays:

  • Private Hire: £6 per hour (minimum hire cost £9.00)

  • Charity Rate: £6 per hour (minimum hire cost £9.00)

  • Commercial Hire: £12 per hour (minimum hire cost £18.00)

Weekends:

  • Private Hire: £12 per hour (minimum hire cost £18.00)

    Charity Rate: £6 per hour (minimum hire cost £9.00)

  • Commercial Hire: £12 per hour (minimum hire cost £18.00)

Meeting Room

Please note - there is a minimum hire length of 1.5hrs for all bookings.
