Health and Safety:

We carry out regular inspections of all systems to ensure health and safety is maintained. This includes all fire safety, gas, electrical and emergency lighting checks. We regularly review and update our Health and Safety Policy. Copies of all certificates are available to download below.

Safeguarding Policy:

For groups hiring the hall for children or vulnerable adults, these bookings will have exclusive access of the whole village hall. These groups need to have their own safeguarding policy or be working towards one.

Overnight Stays:

Sleeping overnight in the hall or on any of the hall premises is not permitted.

Fireworks:

Fireworks are not permitted to be used on any of the hall premises.

Bouncy Castles:

Bouncy castles or inflatables are permitted upon request and subject to the supplier being agreed in advance. We reserve the right to refuse requests if we are not satisfied that the supplier meets the requisite insurance and safety standards.
